Junior High Aqua Pirates Compete In Invitational

The Greensburg junior high swim team season was a short one. With only one swim meet to go before the season closes, the young but dedicated team, coached by Dave Kuhn and Jeri Stewart, participated in a seven-team invitational meet at Indian Creek Tuesday night.

Several personal-best records were broken for some of the team members that night.

The 14-member girls’ team placed fifth, and the seven-member boys team placed seventh.

The team consists of: Sheridan Roberts, Megan McDole, Abby Bausback, Morgan Stagge, Molly Oesterling, Courtney Nelson, Bri Stagge, Morgan Springmeyer, Ashley Koontz, Peyten Ewing, Shanda Workman, Valeria Martinez, Tiffany Springmeyer, Spencer Kuhel, Nick Oesterling, Andy Dashiell, Drew Reiger, Phillip Westhafer, Andrew Schroeder and Brady Miles.
