Lady Pirate kickers join All-Stars
The Greensburg girls soccer team will have five players participating in the second Annual Indiana Elite North/South All-Star Soccer Challenge event this Saturday, Nov. 3 at Hamilton Heights High School.
Juniors Morgan Stagge and Sydney Wettering will be on the Junior A South team, kicking off at 9 a.m., while seniors Kaeli Fong, Allison Hunt and Bree Newman will play for the Senior A Medium South team (12:30 p.m. kickoff).
Pirates host Braves for championship
The Greensburg football team will host Indian Creek in the Class 3A Sectional 22 Football Final on Friday, Nov. 2, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
Admission is $6 and passes of any type are not accepted at the IHSAA tournament game.
Open gym offered at GCHS
The Decatur County Parks and Recreation Department is offering open gym at the GCHS Fieldhouse on Sundays from 5-9 p.m. Take advantage of this opportunity to play basketball, volleyball or walk on the indoor track.
This is being offered free of charge by the Parks and Recreation Department.
