The Greensburg varsity volleyball team defeated Jennings County Tuesday night in three games.
The Lady Pirates topped the Panthers 25-22, 25-18, 25-17.
Brooke Faulconer served 12-for-13 with seven points and two aces. She added one dig and 29 assists.
Vanessa Lawrence hit 13-for-14 with six kills and added one assist and two blocks.
Emily Springmeyer served 16-for-18 with 12 points and two aces. She hit 3-for-3 with two kills and three digs.
Laura Welage served 11-for-11 with five points, and hit 22-for-24 with three kills and six digs.
Hailey Ballantini served 9-for-9 with five points
Sara Kramer served 11-for-11 with five points and one ace. She hit 14-for-18 with four kills, seven digs and one block.
Kelly Scheidler hit 13-for-15 with five kills.
Kristen Koors served 9-for-9 with five points and tallied three digs.
"All-in-all, obviously for my girls, it was a great night," said Greensburg head coach Christy Beaver. "We got the momentum going for us in the first game. It was a little slow pace at times, but kept it going enough to pull out the win in three."
Greensburg next hosts Oldenburg tomorrow (Thursday).
