Pirate 7B girls finish 7-2

Greensburg — The Greensburg girls 7B basketball team defeated South Dearborn 33-19 Monday night.

Gracie Maxwell scored a team-high 12 points. Ashley Bower followed with nine points and Emma Hellmich scored six. Kirstin Hersley had four points and Taylor Klene chipped in two.

Hersley led the defense with six steals and three blocked shots.

The Pirate 7B girls end the season with a 7-2 record.

“Congratulations to all the 7B players!” noted coach Nicole Mintern.
