Brad Keselowski drove team owner Roger Penske's famous #2 "Blue Duce" to his first NASCAR Sprint Cup championship in Sunday's 2012 NASCAR season finale at Homestead/Miami Speedway. Keselowski won the NASCAR championship in only three seasons in Sprint Cup competition. Only the late Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon have achieved this distinction in NASCAR history.
Keselowski also won team owner Penske his first NASCAR Sprint Cup title in 40 years of trying. It was also Dodge's fifth NASCAR Sprint Cup manufacturer's victory and first since 1975. Ironically, Dodge is leaving NASCAR next year, and the new 2013 Penske #2 "Blue Duce" will be a new Ford Fusion.
