Pirates tally sixth EIAC win

Aurora — The Greensburg boys basketball team defeated host South Dearborn 72-44 Friday in Aurora.

The victory marked the Pirates' second straight since losing to Batesville for their first loss of the season.

Greensburg improved to 13-1 on the season and 6-1 in the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference.

Junior Sean Sellers recorded a double-double with a team-high 23 points and 10 rebounds. Junior Bryant McIntosh followed with 15 points, while sophomore Ryan Welage added 12 points. Rounding out the scoring for the Pirates were senior Tyler Burcham and junior Collin Rigney with six apiece. Senior Shane Ploeger scored four and junior Tom Lawrence chipped in three.
