ND girls vs Franklin County (makeup)

North girls host Wildcats tonight

The North Decatur girls basketball team hosts Franklin County tonight for a makeup game, postponed Dec. 28.



South girls late start Thursday

The South Decatur girls basketball team’s game Thursday at Indian Creek will start at 7:30 p.m. The South boys junior varsity team will play Indian Creek Thursday at 6 p.m., because the varsity teams played each other at Bankers Life earlier this month.



Youth soccer signups open

Spring registrations are now open for Decatur County Youth Soccer. Please visit www.dcysc.org and follow the registration link.



Spaghetti Dinner Friday at South

The South Decatur High School National Honor Society offers an invitation to a Spaghetti Dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday in the cafeteria. Dinner includes spaghetti, breadstick, drink and dessert. Takeout boxes will be available. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for kids ages 4-11 at the door. Advance tickets are only $4 and can be purchased from any NHS member. The JV/Varsity Boys basketball teams will host Hauser starting at 6 p.m.



Elementary wrestling still offered

The first practice for the Greensburg Elementary Wrestling program will be Tuesday, Feb. 5. All wrestlers should be at the Greensburg Jr High School at 6 p.m., and enter door No. 5 off North Street. If you are not registered yet, it is not too late. Please contact Jamie Cain at 317-354-3737 or jcain@covantaenergy.com.

All practices and meets will be conducted through the week. There will be no events on Wednesday nights either. The wrestling program will conclude the Friday night before spring break. This is a great opportunity for your child to learn the basics of wrestling in a fun way.
