"Other than the missed snow days, the season has gotten off to a great start,” stated Program Coordinator Jesse Wallace. "The kids are loving the camaraderie and having a lot of fun. It's great to have all of the High School Wrestlers and Parents involved. It really helps to have people there that will give 110%, and for that I am eternally grateful. Even our late Coach David Gardner's wife, Deb Gardner, comes to all of the meets and keeps score. It's great having her around, because I know all of those kids miss Coach Gardner, and the spirit and positive influence he brought to the Greensburg Wrestling Program."
"I am just really proud of everyone involved. Everyone is doing a fantastic job I would also like to thank our sponsors. Without them, none of this would be possible." Wallace also noted. "There will be an award given at the end of the season in honor of the late Coach David Gardner."
