The Greensburg girls swimming team opened the winter season on the road Thursday.
The Lady Aqua Pirates defeated Shelbyville 93-74.
Results will be published in Saturday's print edition and online.
Greensburg will compete in the Franklin Invitational Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m.
The boys team will begin its season Nov. 27 against East Central at home, along with the girls team, at 5:30 p.m.
