Tuesday - chicken parmesan, whole grain pasta with marinara, sauce, broccoli, Mandarin oranges, milk

Wednesday - tomato soup, grilled cheese on wheat, tossed salad with fat free ranch, whole grain Gold Fish crackers, pears, milk

Thursday - chili, carrot sticks, apple slices, whole wheat crackers, milk

Friday - sloppy joe on bun, baked potato with butter, cauliflower, grapes, milk

Monday - Southwest chicken flatbread, celery and carrots with ranch dip, Great Northern beans, fruit or juice, milk
