Greensburg —
The Decatur County College Fair 2012 will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 in the Greensburg Community High School (GCHS) gym.
This event is a combined effort among all of the Decatur County Schools: GCHS, North Decatur Junior/Senior High School (NDHS) and South Decatur Junior/Senior High School (SDHS).
The college fair is endorsed by the Indiana Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC).
Organizers believe this is an excellent opportunity for students and parents to explore the vast array of post-secondary educational options. There will be representatives from Indiana colleges and universities, as well as some from surrounding states such as Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky.
This event offers an opportunity students and parents to get answers to their post-secondary education questions.
School staff told the Daily News they are strongly encouraging attendance of all high school students (grades 9 to 12).
