Helen Ditton, 95, of Indianapolis, passed away March 9, 2013.
She was born Oct. 15, 1917 in Mitchell.
Helen was a Registered Nurse at the VA Hospital in Indianapolis for more than 40 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Ditton, and her daughter, Jane Lee.
Helen is survived by her children, Susan Thompson and Mike Ditton, six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 15 at Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Humane Society of Indianapolis, 7929 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268.
Arrangements are entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East.
