She was born Feb. 3, 1939, the daughter of the late Joseph and Goldie (Wilcox) Adams.
Pat enjoyed quilting and reading.
She is survived by daughters Shona Keltner and Ellen Percifield, sons Joe Lackey and Robert Lackey, brother Jesse Adams and 10 grandchildren.
