Raymond Eugene Welsh, 78, of Haines City, Fla., went to be with the Lord March 2, 2013.
Born in Greensburg, he is survived by his wife, Betty, two daughters and two sons.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Laura.
Graveside memorial begins at 1 p.m. Thursday, at South Park Cemetery. Celebration of life follows at American Legion.
