Billy Wayne Dishner, 65, of Indianapolis, passed away Feb. 16, 2013 at Community Hospital East.
He was born Oct. 14, 1947 in Bristol, Tenn., the son of Paris Smith Dishner and Virgie Goode Barnes.
On Sept. 17, 2000, he married Nancy Zeigler at Kingston Presbyterian Church, and she survives.
Billy is also survived by his daughters Kayla Marie Dishner and Mary (Fereez) Mohammad, sister Margaret (Mike) LonCaric; half-brothers Joe Eldridge, Ronnie Eldridge, Paul Eldridge, Tim Eldridge; father-in-law Don Zeigler; sister-in-law Mary Jane (Mike) Barnard; brothers-in-law Robert D. (Sandy) Smith, Tom Zeigler, and Steven (Vicki) Zeigler; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister.
A visitation for family and friends will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19 at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, also at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at the Kingston Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Rev. Mike Bartlett will be officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to his 10-year-old daughter Kayla.
