Holly Crystal Darlene Warren, 37, Greensburg, passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 at Heritage House Nursing Home in Greensburg.
Born Dec. 15, 1975 in Greensburg, she was the daughter of Virginia Warren.
She formerly attended school in Morgantown, Ky. and she was a member of the First Church of God.
She is survived by her mother; grandparents, Thelma Warren and Jerry Kiefer; one sister, Rosemary Sue Brett, great uncle and aunt, Arno and Chris Warren; uncle and aunt, David and Linda Hall and their son Dan; aunt, Cathy McDaniels; cousins, Kendra McDaniels, Zach (Jerry) McDaniels; nephews, Seth and Hunter Brett; niece, Bryleigh Brett.
Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10 at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.
Funeral Services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, Rev. John Mattern officiating.
Interment will be held in the South Park Cemetery.
