William Henry Howard, 79, Greensburg passed away on Thursday, March 11 at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 13 at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home. Burial will follow in South Park Cemetery with military graveside rites.
