For Tri Kappa, It’s In The Basket
In order to support its ongoing philanthropic efforts throughout Decatur County, the Greensburg Omega chapter of Tri Kappa will hold its second annual Basket Bingo this week.
The event offers the opportunity to enjoy time with friends, win baskets and do it all for a good cause. Bingo will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, and tickets are $10 per person. Each ticket includes 15 games of bingo along with a chance to win door prizes and a raffle for prizes.
From the time the doors of the Greensburg Elementary School cafeteria open at 5:30 p.m., snacks, drinks and pizza will be available for purchase, also helping to fund the philanthropic endeavors of the organization.
Proceeds from the event will help Tri Kappa with a variety of community efforts. The sorority offers cultural events, educational opportunities and even grant funding to area projects. To attend Basket Bingo or to purchase a ticket, those interested can contact Marcia Richards or any other member of the local sorority.
