Greensburg —
James O. McIntyre, 42, of Greensburg, was arrested Wednesday by members of the Decatur County Sheriff's Department on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor, a class “C” felony.
According to Charging Information obtained by the Daily News, McIntyre allegedly fondled a 15-year-old child during a camping trip in July. An Affidavit of Probable Cause states the suspect touched the child’s genitals during the alleged encounter.
There is currently no court date set, and McIntyre is being held without bond.
