Dennis and Marlene Meyer, Greensburg, are happy to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son, Alois Victor Meyer, to Jessica Elizabeth Bower, daughter of Kevin and Julie Bower, Oldenburg.
The prospective groom is a 2007 North Decatur High School and 2011 Purdue University graduate. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and currently is a timber buyer for Tri-State Timber.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Batesville High School, and is a current student at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis. Her pursuits are to receive a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and obtain a
Master's degree in Counseling.
The wedding will take place at 1:30 p.m. May 26 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Oldenburg, with the Rev. David Kobak officiating. Immediately following will be a reception at St. John's Hall, Enochsburg.
