Teresa Finney, 54, Greensburg, arrested by GPD for visiting a common nuisance. Bond was set at $205 cash.

Gary Moore, 37, Greensburg, arrested by GPD for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana prior, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance. No bond was set.

William Moore, 68, arrested by GPD for maintaining a common nuisance. No bond was set.

Tiffany Thomas, 28, arrested by GPD for three counts of possession of a syringe, and visiting a common nuisance. No bond was set.
