Greensburg — Arrests

September 7

Russell Bialk, 36, of Greensburg, was arrested on battery of a child. No bond was set.

Trisha Drake, 29, of Greensburg, was arrested on battery of a child. No bond was set.

Dwayne Pagh, 32, of Greensburg, was arrested for failure to pay child support. Bond was set at $500 cash.

Michael Howard, 25, of Greensburg, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond has been set.

Clairin Filipelli, 21, of Greensburg, was arrested for theft, and possession of a drug injection device.

September 8

Benjamin Arnett, 25, of Greensburg, was arrested for driving while never receiving a license. Bond has been set at $105 cash.

Benjamin Shook, 28, of Greensburg, was arrested. No local charges have been filed. No bond has been set.

Jason Paluch, 18, of Greensburg, was arrested for minor consumption. Bond has been set at $105 cash.

Nathan Shafter, 39, of Greensburg, was arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond has been set at $505 cash.

7:58 p.m. - Property damage as a result of a car accident in St. Paul.

9:18 p.m. - Property damage as a result of a car accident on State Road 3.

9:37 p.m. - Suspicious activity at Co Rd 420 N.

9:57 p.m. - Disabled vehicle on I-74.

11:29 p.m. - Suspicious activity on Co Rd 400 N.
