Christopher L. Richey, 33, charged with two counts of dealing in a Schedule II controlled substance.

James Timothy Boyce, 49, charged with battery resulting in bodily injury, domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Courtney Lazzell, 33, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person.

James Allen Chapman, 60, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person.

Lindsey Nicole Caffee, 19, charged with possession of marijuana.

Jessica Carol Hamilton, 35, charged with identity deception. A sentence enhancement of Òhabitual criminal offenderÓ was added.

Ricky L. Roberts II, 36, charged with reckless driving and speeding (exceeding the interstate speed limit of 70 miles per hour).

Keri N. Scudder, 26, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person.

Larry E. Hadler, 53, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person and exceeding a posted speed limit.
