Aspen Place Health Campus receives award for outstanding customer service

Greensburg — Aspen Place Health Campus received the Platinum Award for excellence at the Trilogy Health Services 2012 Fall Meeting, held October 10 to 12 in Louisville, Ky.

The award is based on customer satisfaction results from a semi-annual survey sent to the family members of facility residents.

Aspen Place received recognition for customer satisfaction scores in Staff Attitude, Quality of Nursing Care, Food Quality, Activity Programming and Appearance/Cleanliness, with an overall score of 9.52. Aspen Place ranked 5th of 72 campuses scored throughout the company.

“We are excited and pleased to receive such great recognition,” said Christopher Fields, executive director. “We value the fact that our customers have given us their stamp of approval. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of residents and their families every day by delivering the best care possible. I feel very fortunate to lead such a wonderful team of healthcare professionals, and I sincerely mean that.”

Company wide, nearly 6,000 surveys were mailed to family members and other responsible parties, with almost half returning their forms. Results measured campus performance against past performance and against other Trilogy campuses.

“We appreciate the feedback we receive from our customers throughout this survey and throughout the year,” commented Dawn Black, the division’s vice president. “Our campus leaders and staff have an unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations and providing exceptional customer service. We would like to thank our residents and family members for participating in the survey process, which is an important component of our quality assurance initiatives.”
