Greensburg — Five North Vernon teenagers were injured in a crash on the bypass following a police chase in Decatur County this morning. The vehicle was allegedly stolen and being pursued by the Indiana State Police, Greensburg Police Department and Decatur County Sheriff's Department. One killed in two-car crash this morning
The Decatur County Sheriff's Department is reporting one person was killed when a car collided with a box truck around 10 a.m. on State Road 3 South. The crash shutdown the highway until about 11:15. The identity of the decased and other details are not available at this time. Check back for more details.

County Commissioners Uphold APC Decision
Bex Farms and Bestway Disposal came before the Decatur County Commissioners Tuesday to appeal the decision of the Area Plan Commission to deny the rezoning 151 acres adjacent to the current landfill. The Commissioners reiterated the APC decision by voting unanimously not to rezone the ground.
