Greensburg — The jury deliberated for nearly four hours before returning with a guilty verdict of reckless homicide in the case against James Dennis Imel Jr. The charge was added during the second day as an additional consideration to the murder charge.

Bex Farms and Bestway Disposal came before the Decatur County Commissioners Tuesday to appeal the decision of the Area Plan Commission to deny the rezoning 151 acres adjacent to the current landfill. The Commissioners reiterated the APC decision by voting unanimously not to rezone the ground.
