The seemingly innocuous scene along County Road 400 South could have been an explosion waiting to happen when it was found in March of 2009. With the arrival of fall, the Indiana State Police is encouraging Decatur County and Greensburg residents to keep an eye out for hidden meth labs and concealed marijuana plants.
