Justin and Marilyn Schroeder will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 23, 2011. The family will attend the 11 a.m. mass together at St. MaryÕs Catholic Church, Rushville. They invite family and friends to help celebrate their special day from 3 to 6 p.m. Oct. 23 at the home of Ken and Nancy Schroeder, 1115 S. Airport Rd., Rushville. No gifts please.
Justin and Marilyn Ricke Schroeder were married at St. MaryÕs Church in Greensburg. On Oct. 21, 1961, with Rev. Louis Schumacher, presiding. They have been farmers in Decatur and Rush counties and retired from farming in 2005. They have lived at 1058 S. Walnut St., Rushville for the past nine years.
They are the parents of Ken and wife, Nancy, Schroeder of Rushville; Andrew and wife, Trista, Schroeder of Evanston; Greg and wife, Tina, Schroeder of Neenah, Wis..; and Sally Schroeder of Rushville.
Their grandchildren are Melinda and husband, Nate, Hedrick; and Justin; Katherine Brad, Grayson, Ella and Jonah Schroeder.
