It seems early, but we are going to give you some dates for the fair. This year the county fair will be Thursday, July 12 through Thursday July 19. This will lead to some changes as to when we will enter open-class exhibits.
Open-class crafts will be entered from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 11 and from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 12 followed by judging at noon.
Open class flowers and garden will be entered on Friday, July 13 from, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. followed by judging at noon.
The open-class foods and food preservation will be entered from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, July 16 followed by judging at noon. You may want to cut this out and save it for later. It will also be in the next newsletter from the Extension office.
